Alberto is a dedicated criminal litigation paralegal with large-scale experience focusing on State and Federal criminal defense. He leads our paralegals in assisting all of the firms trial lawyers prepare meticulously for trials to achieve not guilty verdicts in the courtroom.

He is also a bilingual paralegal fluent in both English and Spanish, gives those who may find it difficult to speak out for themselves or who don’t fully grasp their rights after being accused of a criminal offense. He has been essential in ensuring each client gets the assistance and guidance they need.

Alberto graduated from Everest College in Dallas, Texas with an Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies in 2011. He brings with him over 10 years of management experience from a criminal defense and immigration law firm. He spends countless hours making sure our State and Federal clients have all their questions answered and makes sure they get the best outcome.
