Abigail is a zealous criminal litigation paralegal with sizable experience focusing on criminal defense. Abigail focuses on making sure there's no stone unturned when gathering clients' evidence. She assists our trial lawyers in preparation for trial and gives them all the ammunition they need to win in trial.
Abigail approaches each criminal case with dedication, treating it as if it were her own. She believes in building strong relationships with our clients and understands the immense difficulty and grief they are going through. She works conscientiously to secure successful outcomes and, above all, justice for our clients.
She is also a bilingual paralegal fluent in both English and Spanish, helping those who may find it difficult to speak out for themselves or who don’t fully grasp their rights after being accused of a criminal offense.
Abigail graduated from Tarrant County College with an Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. She brings with her extensive legal writing and research experience from prior civil, corporate and estate planning firms.
